Returns and Refunds

1. Return Rights
Under consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving the goods without any conditions. The return period starts from the date you receive the goods.

2. Return Conditions
Please note the following return conditions:

The goods must be in new condition, unused, unworn, and include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
If there is any quality problem with the goods, you can apply for a refund within the return period.

3. Return Process
Please follow the steps below to return the goods:

Contact Customer Service: During the return period, contact our Customer Service team by email (customs.agent@locksteer.com) to inform the order information you wish to return.

Obtain a Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return address.

Pack and ship: Please pack the item properly and indicate your return authorization number on the package. Send the package back to the address we specify.

Provide tracking information (optional): It is recommended that you obtain a tracking number when you return the package to facilitate tracking of the package’s transportation.

4. Refund processing
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method you paid.

5. Shipping costs
If the return is due to product quality issues, we will bear the return shipping costs.
If you return the product for personal reasons (for example: don’t like it, wrong choice, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by you.
